Michael Sand has been working professionally in the music industry since 2004, as a booking agent since 2005, and producing festivals and various events since 1998.
As a booking agent, he discovered and developed artists such as Marteria, Kontra K, Juju, SXTN, Haftbefehl, Nura, 102 Boyz, Majan and many more. He took part of the booking team for the HipHop Open Stuttgart, HipHop Open Minded Mannheim, Urban Art Festival in Völklingen and other events.
After a short stop at the record company Four Music in 2004, he worked for Four Artists Booking from 2005 to 2019, later to become Senior Booking Agent for the All Artists Agency from 2020. Since 2022, as Director Strategy & Artist Development at All Artists Agency, Sand is responsible for the recruitment and development of national artists, as well as for strategic positioning of corporations and events.
As a full-service agency, All Artists Agency offers national and international artists holistic and comprehensive support.
Finally, aside from their own designs of local and international events, All Artists Agency maintains an event department, producing events for agencies and partners worldwide.
