Colours of Ostrava is the biggest music festival in the Czech Republic, lasting four days and exhibiting six stages for music of all genres – from mainstream acts to jazz or world music. Filip Kostalek is a designer and booking agent of the festival. Besides the festival, he also cooperates with other projects of Colour Production Company, such as Czech Music Crossroads (international music conference and showcase festival); Festival in the Streets (non-profit multidisciplinary festival in public spaces), and Melting Pot – a unique 4-day international discussion forum consisting of 9 stages and 250+ speakers.
