Désirée J. Vach worked for the Berlin based independent label Kitty-Yo (Peaches, Gonzales, among others) and managed the independent label Weekender Records Germany, which she quit during early 2009. Shortly after, Vach founded Snowhite Records & Artist Management (Zoot Woman, JATA, Patrick Richardt and others). Moreover, she is co-founder of Music Industry Women (at VUT/ Association of Independent Music Companies Germany), whose goal is to enable gender equality within the music scene. Today, Vach works as a Territory Manager GSA (Germany-Swiss-Austria) for Ingrooves Music Group in Berlin, which deals with distribution and marketing.
