Since 1999, the Rialto Theater has been organizing, producing, promoting and hosting productions from across the spectrum of the performing arts. Its mission is to expose local audiences to Cypriot and global artists and creators, while showcasing and promoting their art.
Over the years, the organization has developed and established a network of collaborations and partnerships with other like-minded cultural organizations and theaters worldwide. In addition to its state-of-the-art facilities, the Rialto Theater also employs highly skilled personnel, including professionals with experience and expertise in the fields of cultural production and management.
The organization is a member of the Forum of Worldwide Music Festivals (FWMF).
Most of the festivals organized by the Rialto Theater have received the EFFE Label – Europe’s quality stamp for remarkable art festivals.
Costantia Costi has studied Music in the UK. She has been working at Rialto Theater for the past 13 years as a producer and festival coordinator. She manages four festivals, including the Cyprus Jazz & World Music Showcase, which is held every December, and the Rialto World Music Festival, which is held in July.
